Collecting information means our system records and stores one or more pieces of information voluntarily provided by clients who wish to undergo certification assessment for standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, HACCP, ISO 45001, and other services provided by TTS CERT.

We will not rent, sell, or disclose your Personal Information to unrelated third parties without your consent, except as stated in this Consumer Personal Information Protection Policy.

3. Data Retention Period

Client personal information we collect will be retained for a period consistent with legal requirements, or until such information no longer serves the purpose and scope of use set out in these Terms and Conditions.

4. Methods and Tools for Clients to Access Their Information

All detailed information provided by clients is stored by us but will not be made directly public. If you use the same browser, cookies will retain the information you have provided, and you can access and update this information (including full name and email address) by accessing the chat window.
